45° angle connection UNIVERSAL CATALYST CAT E4 UP TO 2.5l e.g. for C-Class 50
the engine-side connection of the catalytic converter is angled by approx. 45°.(see photo)
The UNIVERSAL CATALYST is designed for a displacement of up to 2500 ccm and an output of up to 200 hp.
Installation is also not a problem, the old defective catalytic converter is simply removed and the new UNIVERSAL CATALYST welded in. If you don't have the possibility to install it yourself, it shouldn't cost much more than 60€ in an independent workshop. And that's probably considerably cheaper than an original catalytic converter and serves exactly the same purpose.
