<p>Besonderheiten beim Verkauf von Starterbatterien<br>Im Zusammenhang<br>mit dem Vertrieb von Fahrzeugbatterien sind wir, soweit Sie<br>Endverbraucher sind gemäß § 10 BattG verpflichtet, je Fahrzeugbatterie<br>ein Pfand in Höhe von 7,50 Euro einschließlich Umsatzsteuer zu erheben,<br>wenn Sie zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs einer neuen Fahrzeugbatterie keine<br>Fahrzeug-Altbatterie zurückgeben. Das Pfand ist nicht im Kaufpreis<br>enthalten und wird neben dem Endpreis am Artikel ausgewiesen.<br>Geben<br>Sie bei uns eine Fahrzeug-Altbatterie zurück, die wir entsprechend § 9<br>BattG als Neubatterie im Sortiment führen oder geführt haben, sind wir<br>im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften verpflichtet, diese kostenlos<br>zurückzunehmen und den Pfandbetrag zurückzuerstatten.<br>Soweit wir<br>entsprechend § 10 Abs. 1 Satz 3 BattG eine Pfandmarke ausgegeben haben,<br>ist die Erstattung des Pfandes bei der Rückgabe der Fahrzeug-Altbatterie<br>von der Rückgabe der Pfandmarke abhängig.<br>Rückgabeort ist die im Impressum aufgeführte Adresse.<br>Eine Rücksendung der Altbatterie per Post ist aufgrund der Gefahrgutverordnung nicht zulässig.<br>Fahrzeug-Altbatterien<br>können alternativ auch kostenlos bei Wertstoff- und Recyclinghöfen<br>abgegeben werden.
