Professioneller GN-Behälter der Marke YATO aus Edelstahl mit den Abmessungen GN 2/3, 150 mm, Fassungsvermögen 12,0 l. Die gastronomischen Behälter YATO Proffesional Kitchen Equipment sind für die professionelle Nutzung in Großküchen bestimmt. Sie wurden aus hochwertigem Edelstahl Typ 201 hergestellt, mit einer matten und glatten Oberfläche gemäß der GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996. Die GN-Behälter dienen zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln bei Kühl- und Gefrierbedingungen - bis zu -40°C. Sie eignen sich auch ideal für den Einsatz bei höheren Temperaturen - bis zu 300°C. Dadurch können sie in der Konvektionsdampftechnologie verwendet werden. Sie zeichnen sich durch erhöhte Beständigkeit gegen mechanische Beschädigungen sowie gegen organische Säuren und Reinigungsmittel aus. Aus diesem Grund eignen sie sich für die Reinigung in Geschirrspülern und sind resistent gegen intensives Schrubben der Oberflächen. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf Details wie abgerundete Ecken und glatte Ränder gelegt, die ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit und Hygiene gewährleisten. Zusätzliche Verstärkung am Umfang jedes Behälters stärkt seine Struktur, schützt ihn vor Dellen während des Gebrauchs und ermöglicht stapelbares Lagern.
