45x200mm Universal-Flexrohr Softflex mit Interlock – flex.parts
Dieses 45x200 mm Flexrohr ist für den Einsatz im Abgassystem vorgesehen und dient zum Ausgleich von Bewegungen, Vibrationen und temperaturbedingten Längenänderungen zwischen Abgaskomponenten. Die Softflex-Bauweise ermöglicht eine erhöhte Flexibilität im Vergleich zu starren Rohrverbindungen und kann dazu beitragen, angrenzende Bauteile und Schweißnähte zu entlasten. Das integrierte Interlock-System führt den Abgasstrom, reduziert direkte Belastung des Außengeflechts und stellt eine konstruktive Ergänzung gegenüber einfach aufgebauten Flexrohren ohne Innenstruktur dar.
Gefertigt ist das Flexstück aus einem Edelstahl-Wellrohraufbau mit Anschlusskappen aus Stahllegierung. Edelstahl bietet eine gute Beständigkeit gegenüber Korrosion und Hitzeeinwirkung, während die Kappen aus legiertem Stahl stabile Übergangsbereiche für Schweißverbindungen bilden. Die Kombination der Materialien sowie die mehrlagige Bauart entsprechen einer üblichen Bauweise für flexible Verbindungsstücke im Abgasbereich und sind für typische thermische und mechanische Beanspruchungen ausgelegt.
