<h3>INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE</h3>
<p>Apply with a spray can, brush or in an immersion bath.<br>To loosen: apply Wynn's Super Rust Penetrant, leave to work and loosen. Repeat every 10 to 15 minutes in stubborn cases.<br>If starting is difficult due to moisture in the ignition device: spray into the ignition distributor, leave to act and start.</p>
