<p> <br>Particularities when selling starter batteries<br>In connection<br>with the sale of vehicle batteries, we are, if you<br>end users are obliged according to § 10 BattG, to pay a deposit of <br>per vehicle battery<br> 7.50 euros including sales tax to be charged<br>if you do not return an old<br>vehicle battery at the time of purchasing a new vehicle battery. The deposit is not included in the purchase price<br>and is shown next to the final price on the item.<br>Give back<br> an old vehicle battery to us, which we have in our range as a new battery in accordance with Section 9<br>BattG or we are<br>obliged under the statutory provisions to take them back free of charge<br>and to refund the deposit amount.<br>If we<br>have issued a deposit token in accordance with Section 10 Paragraph 1 Sentence 3 BattG,<t23 >reimbursement of the deposit when returning the old vehicle battery<br>depends on the return of the deposit stamp.<br>The place of return is the address given in the imprint.<br>Returning the old battery by post is not permitted due to the dangerous goods ordinance. <br>Used vehicle batteries<br>can alternatively be handed in free of charge at recycling centers<br>. The deposit we charge will not be refunded by the public –<br> recycling centers.
