Die Yato YT-05812 Zylinderhonmaschine ist für das Honen von Zylindern mit einem Durchmesser von 51 bis 177 mm ausgelegt. Sie verfügt über eine flexible Welle zur besseren Anpassung an die Zylinderbohrung und einen verstellbaren Anpressdruck der Schleifsteine. Die drei mitgelieferten Honsteine (76 × 10 mm) sind austauschbar; passende Ersatzsteine sind unter der Bezeichnung YT-05817 erhältlich. Die Gesamthöhe der Honmaschine beträgt 305 mm.
